I am an accomplished and passionate chef with a career reflecting a high performance in providing quality food service that consistently exceeds client expectations and opening several successful restaurants. As a creative person, I thrive on combining a modern dining experience with traditional values.
I have over sixteen years experience within the hospitality industry, during my career as a chef I have worked in various establishments that have required me to consistently deliver outstanding food from a la carte, fine dining and banqueting.

The passion for cooking was first ignited being bought up in Jamaica, being around such fresh and vibrant produce on a daily basis started my curiosity into food. Once I arrived in England my path to cooking officially began.
I enrolled in culinary school which led to my first job at Malmaison, here I trained as a pastry chef and then branched out into other sections of the kitchen and I have not looked back since.
